Product Engineer

Spring 2017

I will not take credit for designing the original product, but I did retool it.

I was the lead engineer responsible for retooling OXO’s complete line of flagship Angled Measuring Cups at a second supplier to reduce dependency on a single factory. I evaluated first shots, debugged tooling, made calibration jigs, and project managed the various SKU's.

The product line consists of four sizes of cups in five different markets so the team and I duplicated existing tooling and processes at a factory hundreds of miles away for 20 different SKUs.
